毛泽东与湖南大学的渊源及其受岳麓书院的教育影响

摘　　要：湖南大学由中国古代著名四大书院之一的岳麓书院发展而来。从岳麓书院到湖南大学,千余年来,这里传承和弘扬古代书院传道济民、爱国务实、经世致用、实事求是等优良教育文化传统,弦歌不绝。毛泽东与湖南大学渊源深厚,他曾在湖南大学前身之一的湖南公立商业专门学校就读,经常在岳麓书院从事革命活动,多次寓居岳麓书院,并与湖南大学师生结下了深厚的革命情谊,1950年亲笔为湖南大学题写校名。岳麓书院深厚的优良教育文化传统对毛泽东有着多方面影响,尤其是书院经世致用学风、传道济民学统、历代先贤教育、实事求是匾额等,对毛泽东的熏陶和影响非常深刻。正因如此,岳麓书院是党的实事求是思想路线的一个策源地和有重要影响的地方。Hunan University is developed from Yuelu Academy,one of the four famous academies in ancient China.From Yuelu Academy to Hunan University,it has inherited and promoted fine educational and cultural traditions of ancient academies for more than thousand years,such as preaching and benefiting the people,patriotism and pragmatism,applying theory to reality and seeking truth from facts.MAO Ze-dong has a deep relationship with Hunan University.He once studied in Hunan Public Business School,one of the predecessors of Hunan University.He often engaged in revolutionary activities at Yuelu Academy,lived in Yuelu Academy for many times,and formed a deep revolutionary friendship with teachers and students of Hunan University.He personally inscribed the name of Hunan University in 1950.The profound and excellent cultural traditions of education and culture of Yuelu Academy have had many influences on MAO Ze-dong,especially the academic style of the academy's applying theory to reality,preaching and helping the people,the education of the sages of the past,and the plaques of seeking truth from facts.For this reason,Yuelu Academy is a source and an important place for the party’s ideological line of seeking truth from facts.
