摘  要:为了研究空间光调制器加载菲涅尔透镜的性能,文中在分析了空间光调制器加载菲涅尔透镜位相调制灰度图的原理基础上,计算了所加载菲涅尔透镜的最小焦距和不同焦距时对应的焦深,设计了菲涅尔透镜位相调制灰度图,通过实验测量了不同焦距透镜对应的焦深。研究结果表明:焦深随焦距的增大而增加,与理论结果的趋势一致。在增加光阑限制入射光束宽度后,实验测量值与理论计算结果基本一致。利用空间光调制器加载菲涅尔透镜时,加载透镜的焦距应大于最小焦距,增加限制光束的光阑,使入射光束宽度与空间光调制匹配,以消除菲涅尔波带外层低精度环带的影响。The paper aims to study the performance of the Fresnel lens based on the spatial light modulation.The principle of the gray image of the Fresnel lens based on the spatial light modulation is analyzed,on the basis of which the minimum focal length and the depths corresponding to the different focal lengths are calculated.The gray image of the Fresnel lens is designed by computer programming,and the focal depths of the lenses with different focal lengths are measured experimentally.The results show that the depth of focus increases with the focal length,consistent with the theoretical results and that when the incident beam’s width is limited by an aperture,the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.In using the Fresnel lens based on spatial light modulation,its focal length should be greater than the minimum focal length.An aperture should be used to limit the beam,allowing the width of the incident beam to match the spatial light modulation,so as to reduce the influence of the low precision band in the outer layer of Fresnel band.
