摘  要:利用基于断裂力学基本原理的裂纹柔度法,测定了多辊连续矫直前后带钢沿厚度方向上的轧向残余应力分布,并提出了相应的残余应力评价指标:上、下表面应力分布对称度和单位长度残余应力,以评估残余应力对下游加工过程材料畸变的影响。结果表明,经过多辊连续矫直后,带钢原始残余应力大的部位残余应力减小,原始残余应力小的部位残余应力增大,残余应力分布均匀程度有所改善;但与此同时,带钢上、下表面应力不对称程度增加,导致钢板在下游使用过程中出现翘曲的风险增大;但钢板整体的单位长度残余应力分布相对均匀,使得钢板在后续使用过程中产生侧弯畸变的可能性减小。By applying the crack compliance method that is based on basic principles of fracture mechanics,the rolling residual stresses along the thickness direction of the strips before and after continuous multi-roll straightening were measured,and the corresponding residual stress evaluation indicators(symmetry degree of stress distribution on the upper and lower surfaces and residual stress per unit length)were proposed to evaluate the effect of residual stress on material distortion in the downstream processing.The results show that after continuous multi-roll straightening,the residual stress in the part with large original residual stress decreases,that in the part with small original residual stress increases,and the uniformity of residual stress distribution is improved.But at the same time,the asymmetry of the stress on the upper and lower surfaces of the strip increases,leading to an increased risk of warping of the steel plate in downstream use.However,the residual stress distribution per unit length of the steel plate is relatively uniform,which reduces the possibility of side bending distortion of the steel plate in subsequent use.
