摘 要:目的:探讨耳道干预结合非药物镇静措施对婴幼儿听力筛查通过率及患儿心率、呼吸频率和患儿家属满意度的影响。方法:选取2020年1-11月在本院进行听力筛查的800例婴幼儿患儿作为研究对象进行研究,将其按照随机性原则随机分为对照组(n=400)和研究组(n=400)。对两组婴幼儿在出生后第2~40天进行脑干诱发电位听力筛查,其中对照组给予常规护理干预措施,研究组同时给予耳道干预联合非药物镇静护理干预措施。比较两组听力筛查通过率、患儿家属满意度、入睡时间、干预前后心率、呼吸频率。结果:研究组初次筛选的筛查通过率和复筛通过率较对照组高,患儿家属满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组心率和呼吸频率较干预前均显著升高,但干预后研究组的心率和呼吸频率均显著低于对照组,研究组入睡时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理干预措施的基础上联合给予耳道干预和非药物镇静措施能明显减轻听力筛查患儿的应激反应,提高其舒适度和依从性,从而有效提高婴幼儿听力筛查通过率,提高患儿家属的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effects of ear canal intervention combined with non drug sedation on the passing rate of infant hearing screening,heart rate,respiratory rate and family satisfaction.Method:A total of 800 infants and children with hearing screening in our hospital from January to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(400 cases)and study group(400 cases)according to the principle of randomness.Two groups of infants were given brainstem evoked potential hearing screening on the 2nd-40th day after birth.The infants in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the infants in study group were given ear canal intervention combined with non-drug sedation nursing intervention.The passing rate and compliance of hearing screening.The passing rate of hearing screening,satisfaction of children’s family members,sleep time,heart rate and respiratory rate before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The primary screening pass rate and re-screening pass rate of children in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the family satisfaction of children in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the two groups were significantly increased,but after intervention,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the sleep time of the study group was significantly faster than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing intervention,ear canal intervention combined with non-drug sedation measures can significantly reduce the stress reaction of children with hearing screening,improve their comfort and compliance,so as to effectively improve the pass rate of infant hearing screening and improve the satisfaction of the family members of the chi
