中医手法复位配合续骨伸筋汤治疗肱骨髁上骨折患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医手法复位配合续骨伸筋汤治疗肱骨髁上骨折患儿的效果。方法:以2018年5月-2020年5月收治的肱骨髁上骨折76例患儿为研究对象,采用简单随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组38例,两组均采用中医手法复位,对照组术后予以布洛芬,观察组术后配合续骨伸筋汤,服用4周。随访3个月,记录两组肘关节功能恢复情况及骨折愈合时间、HSS评分,统计术后至随访3个月并发症发生情况。结果:观察组肘关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间为(40.52±3.43)d,明显短于对照组的(42.65±3.75)d(P<0.05),但观察组的并发症总发生率7.89%,与对照组的13.16%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12周观察组HSS评分总分(96.65±2.27)分,明显高于对照组的(92.39±1.78)分(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位配合续骨伸筋汤可促进肱骨髁上骨折患儿骨折愈合,提高肘关节功能康复质量,应用效果较好。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Xugu Shenjin Decoction in the treatment of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Method:A total of 76 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The children of the two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine manipulative reduction and external fixation,and the observation group was treated with Xugu Shenjin Decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group was given ibuprofen after operation.The recovery of elbow function,fracture healing time,HSS score of the two groups were recorded during the 3-month follow-up,and the incidence of complications from postoperative to the 3-month follow-up were counted.Result:The elbow function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fracture healing time of the observation group was(40.52±3.43)d,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(42.65±3.75)d(P<0.05),but the total incidence of complications of the observation group was 7.89%,compared with 13.16%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);12 weeks after operation,the total HSS score of the observation group had was(96.65±2.27)points,which was significantly higher than(92.39±1.78)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with Xugu Shenjin Decoction can promote the fracture healing of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus,improve the rehabilitation quality of elbow joint function,and the application effect is good.
