硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果及对血管内皮功能、血清IGF-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年2月-2021年3月在笔者所在医院确诊的82例HDCP患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=40)。对照采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平。比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.10%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NO和IGF-1水平均明显高于对照组,ET-1明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%,明显低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗HDCP的效果显著,可以明显改善患者的血管内皮功能及血清IGF-1水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Method:The clinical data of 82 patients with HDCP diagnosed in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate.The therapeutic effect and serum endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)and insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and IGF-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of ET-1 were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.52%,which was significantly lower than 27.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate has a significant effect in the treatment of HDCP,which can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and serum IGF-1 level,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
