摘 要:目的:分析探究量化评估模式联合互动健康教育在支原体肺炎患儿护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年10月福建省福州市某三级甲等医院儿科住院的支原体肺炎患儿152例,选用方便抽样法分为对照组76例及观察组76例,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用量化评估模式联合互动健康教育,比较两组患儿的护理效果,以患儿临床症状消失时间、不良反应总发生概率及疾病认知评分作为具体观察指标。结果:观察组患儿各项临床症状消失时间均远远早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属对疾病认知评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生概率远远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用量化评估模式联合互动健康教育对支原体肺炎患儿进行护理,为支原体肺炎患儿住院期间的护理提供了量化的评估依据,可以提高患儿家属对疾病相关知识的认知,减少支原体肺炎患儿相关不良反应,提高治疗效果,改善预后。Objective:To analyze and explore the application value of quantitative evaluation model combined with interactive health education in the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Method:From December 2019 to October 2020,a total of 152 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the department of pediatrics of a class A hospital in Fuzhou city,Fujian province were divided into control group(76 cases)and observation group(76 cases)according to the convenient sampling method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given quantitative evaluation model combined with interactive health education on the basis of routine nursing,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and the clinical symptoms disappeared time,the total probability of adverse reactions and disease cognitive score were taken as specific observation indicators.Result:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was much earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cognitive score of the family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quantitative evaluation model combined with interactive health education in the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia provides quantitative evaluation basis for the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia during hospitalization,which can improve the family members’cognition of disease-related knowledge,reduce the adverse reactions of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,improve the treatment effect and improve the prognosis.
