摘  要:目的了解基于移动医疗APP的皮肤病与性病咨询信息特征。方法收集2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日在“京东医生”APP上皮肤病与性病相关咨询信息,分析咨询者一般情况、疾病种类等特征。结果皮肤病与性病相关咨询者共2217人次,以20~59岁居多(62.52%)。本人咨询者1581人次(71.31%);有1116人次(50.34%)曾去过医院就诊;咨询目的主要是获得治疗建议和诊断帮助。在所咨询疾病种类中,痤疮(15.75%)、湿疹(14.07%)、性病(包括性病恐惧症)(11.79%)、雄性激素脱发(9.32%)、银屑病(9.22%)占前5位。根据详细病史+合格照片可以给出初步诊断的占57.75%,可以给出初步治疗建议的占43.90%。结论“互联网+医疗”时代,在皮肤病与性病领域,线上诊疗一定程度上可作为线下诊疗的延伸和补充。Objective To reveal the features of consultation information based on mobile health APP.Methods A total 2217 pieces of consultation information of dermatology and venereology were collected from″JD Doctor″APP from Jan 1,2020 to Dec 31,2020,to characterize patients'general information and dermatological conditions.Results Most of consultees(62.52%)were aged 20 to 59 years.A total of 1581 consultees(71.31%)sought consultation for themselves,and 50.34%(1116)visited hospital for diagnosis.The main purposes of their consultation were for the treatment and diagnosis.The top five consulted diseases were acne(15.75%),eczema(14.07%),venereal disease(including STD-phobia)(11.79%),androgen alopecia(9.32%)and psoriasis(9.22%).According to disease history and appropriate pictures,initial diagnoses were made in 57.75%of consultees,and preliminary suggestions of treatments were provided to 43.90%of consultees.Conclusion To some extent,in the internet-medicare era,online clinics can be a supplement and extension for offline clinics in the field of dermatology and venereology.
