摘 要:为探索快速破除播娘蒿种子休眠的方法,比较了次氯酸钠溶液浸种法、双氧水溶液浸种法和细砂研磨法的破除休眠效果,分析了次氯酸钠溶液不同浓度浸种和不同时长浸种对播娘蒿种子萌发及出苗的影响,以筛选最佳的浸种条件。结果表明:3种破眠方法中,次氯酸钠溶液浸种法的出苗率最高,达到68.0%,分别是双氧水溶液浸种法和细砂研磨法的6倍和3倍以上。不同浓度次氯酸钠溶液浸种后,播娘蒿种子的发芽率为12.8%~71.3%,其中3%~5%溶液浸种20 min的发芽率均可达到50%以上,4%溶液浸种时发芽率最高。4%次氯酸钠溶液浸种10~70 min均能破除播娘蒿种子休眠,其中浸种50 min的出苗率最高,播种7 d和15 d后的出苗率分别达到56%和72%。采用次氯酸钠溶液浸种法能够快速破除播娘蒿种子休眠,并且播种后7 d左右即可培养出整齐一致的幼苗。In order to explore the method of quickly breaking the dormancy of Descurainia sophia seeds,the dormancy breaking effects of seed soaking with sodium hypochlorite solution,seed soaking with hydrogen peroxide solution and grinding with fine sand were compared,and the effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite solution and seed soaking times on the germination or emergence of D.sophia seeds were analyzed,so as to screen the best soaking conditions.The results showed that the seedling emergence rate of seed soaking with sodium hypochlorite solution was the highest(68.0%),which was 6 times and 3 times higher than that of seed soaking with hydrogen peroxide solution and grinding with fine sand,respectively.After soaking seeds in different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite solution,the germination rate of D.sophia seeds was 12.8%-71.3%,of which the germination rate of soaking in 3%-%solution for 20 min could reach more than 50%,and the germination rate of soaking in 4%solution was the highest.Soaking seeds in 4%sodium hypochlorite solution for 10-70 min could break the dormancy of D.sophia seeds,among which the emergence rate of soaking for 50 min was the highest,and the emergence rates reached 56%and 72%after 7 and 15 days of sowing,respectively.Seed soaking with sodium hypochlorite solution can quickly break the dormancy of D.sophia seeds,and seedlings grow uniformly about 7 days after sowing.
