摘　　要：质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs),也称为H+/K+-ATP酶抑制剂,由于其抑制胃酸分泌导致胃内pH值升高,阻碍药物溶解及吸收,从而影响药物的有效性和安全性。口服靶向抗肿瘤药物是肿瘤一线治疗手段之一。由于部分肿瘤患者同时服用PPIs和靶向抗肿瘤药物,研究PPIs对口服靶向抗肿瘤药物吸收的影响,对于实现有效和安全的癌症治疗具有特别重要的意义。本文对相关文献进行检索并整理,总结PPIs对口服靶向抗肿瘤药物吸收的影响,以期为临床用药提供参考,促进合理用药,提高临床疗效。Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs),also called H+/K+-ATPase inhibitors,not only affect the efficiency and safety of drugs due to their inhibition of gastric acid secretion,resulting in the increase of pH in the stomach,but also hinder the dissolution and absorption of drugs.Oral targeted anticancer drugs are first-line treatment against tumors.Some cancer patients take PPIs and oral targeted anti-tumor drugs at the same time,making it necessary to study the effect of PPIs on the absorption of oral targeted anti-tumor drugs for the sake of effective and safe cancer treatment.In order to provide reference for clinical use,promote rational use of drugs and improve clinical efficacy,this paper collected the related literature and summarized the influence of PPIs on the absorption of oral targeted anti-tumor drugs.
