摘  要:大连湾海底隧道沉管预制厂干坞在使用期由于受到灌排水的影响,干坞内外形成压力差,且海水往复透过坞壁透水结构,会使不同支护条件下的坞壁产生不同程度的变形。为了分析灌排水过程中坞壁的变形情况,同时确保干坞的正常运行,需对干坞坞壁进行变形监测。坞壁监测结果显示,西坞坞壁整个灌排水期变化量较小,快速灌水过程中,坡顶沉降变化明显;灌水末期,坡顶位移变化明显;排水过程中坡顶沉降位移及深层水平位移变化明显。中隔岸壁在东坞灌水后期及排水初期倾斜变化较为明显。东坞灌排水期间,除南侧坞壁坡顶沉降变化相对明显外,其余坞壁各测项变化均较小。经分析,东西两坞在灌排水期间处于安全稳定状态。Due to the influence of irrigation and drainage during the service period of the dry dock of the immersed tube prefabrication yard of Dalian Bay subsea tunnel,the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the dry dock is formed,and the seawater reciprocates through the permeable structure of the dock wall,which will cause different degrees of deformation of the dock wall under different support conditions.In order to analyze the deformation of dock wall in the process of irrigation and drainage and ensure the normal operation of dry dock,it is necessary to monitor the deformation of dock wall.The monitoring results of the dock wall show that the change of the west dock wall in the whole irrigation and drainage period is small,and the change of the slope top settlement is relatively obvious in the process of rapid irrigation;At the end of irrigation,the change of slope top displacement is relatively obvious;During the drainage process,the settlement displacement at the top of the slope and the horizontal displacement at the deep layer change obviously.In the later stage of irrigation and the early stage of drainage,the slope of middle wall changes obviously.During the irrigation and drainage period of the east dock,except for the settlement change of the south dock wall slope top is relatively obvious,the changes of other dock wall measurement items are small.The analysis shows that the east and west docks are in a safe and stable state during irrigation and drainage period.
