摘　　要：邮件群发软件在实际工作中应用较广,适用于那些需要为不同的收件人发送不同信息,同时不同收件人之间不能共享信息的场景,如薪资邮件、产品定向推广邮件等。现有的邮件群发方法只能实现不携带附件或者携带相同的附件,无法实现携带不同的附件。笔者基于MicrosoftExcelVBA,结合MicrosoftOutlook设计了一款针对不同收件人发送不同主题、不同正文和携带不同附件邮件的群发系统,可以在不同场合灵活使用。Mass mailing software is widely used in daily work.It is suitable for scenarios in which different information cannot be shared in recipients,such as salary emails and targeted promotion emails of products.In the existing mass mailing methods,emails with no attachment or with the same attachments can be sent,while those with different attachments cannot.Based on Microsoft Excel VBA and Outlook,a new mass mailing system that can send emails with different themes or bodies or attachments were designed.It can be used flexibly in different occasions.
