摘 要:采用硅钼蓝分光光度法[1]与流动注射化学分析法同时测定海水中的活性硅酸盐进行对比,结果采用t检验法的“成对数据的比较”[2]来判定,两种方法针对单个盐度点样品无显著性差异。采用流动注射化学分析法进行浓度范围、精密度、检出限和加标回收率实验,结果显示该方法稳定性和准确率均良好。本次方法实验显示活性硅酸盐含量的适用范围为0.001~1.0 mg/L。Silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry and flow injection chemical analysis were used to determine the active silicate in seawater,results"paired data comparison"of t-test was used to judge,there is no significant difference between the two methods for a single salinity point sample.The concentration range,precision,detection limit and recovery of standard addition were tested by FIA chemical,the results show that the method is stable and accurate.This method experiment shows that the applicable range of active silicate content is 0.001~1.0 mg/L.
