摘  要:研究了四酸消解体系下电热板消解和微波消解两种不同前处理方式对城市污泥中钾的检测结果的影响。实验结果表明:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测污泥中钾,电热板消解和微波消解在钾含量为0~5mg/L浓度范围内相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为2.7mg/kg和1.3mg/kg,测定下限分别为10.8mg/kg和5.2mg/kg;对3种不同浓度的标准物质平行测定6次,两种前处理方法的相对标准偏差分别为0.74%~1.31%和0.84~1.25%;2种不同浓度的城市污泥进行加标,两种前处理方法的加标回收率分别为93.6%~101%、98.8%~99.6%。两种前处理方法对钾检测各项指标均达到预期要求,满足污泥中钾的测定。The effects of two different pretreatment methods of electric heating plate digestion and microwave digestion on the detection results of potassium in municipal sludge under the tetraacid digestion system were studied.The experimental results show that the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry is used to detect potassium in the sludge,and the correlation coefficients of electric heating plate digestion and microwave digestion are greater than 0.999 in the concentration range of potassium content of 0-5 mg/L,and the detection limits are 2.7 mg/kg.And 1.3mg/kg,the lower limits of determination are 10.8mg/kg and 5.2mg/kg,respectively;three different concentrations of standard substances were tested in parallel for 6 times,and the relative standard deviations of the two pretreatment methods were 0.74%~1.31%and 0.84~1.25%;two kinds of different concentrations of municipal sludge were spiked,and the spiked recovery rates of the two pretreatment methods were 93.6%~101%and 98.8%~99.6%,respectively.The two pre-treatment methods meet the expected requirements for the potassium detection indicators and meet the determination of potassium in the sludge.
