摘 要:分析氢化物原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中总砷的含量,建立相应的数学模型,并对各分量的不确定度来源进行分析计算。研究表明不确定度的主要来源有样品称量、样品消解、试液定容体积、标准溶液的配制、标准曲线拟合、样品重复性测试等步骤。结果表明:对原子荧光法测定化妆品中总砷含量的不确定度影响较大的是标准曲线拟合和样品消解过程,砷的合成标准不确定度为0.21 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.42mg/kg,这将为后续的实验研究提供宝贵的经验和数据支撑。The determination of total arsenic in cosmetics by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was analyzed,and the corresponding mathematical model was established.The source of uncertainty of each component was analyzed and calculated.The results show that the main sources of uncertainty include sample weighing,sample digestion,constant volume of test solution,preparation of standard solution,standard curve fitting,test repeatability and so on.The results showed that the standard curve fitting and sample digestion process had greater influence on the uncertainty of the determination of total arsenic content in cosmetics by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The combined standard uncertainty of the synthesis of arsenic was 0.214 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.428mg/kg,which would provide valuable experience and data support for the subsequent experimental research.
