摘 要:针对适用于火炸药领域的传统无损检测技术都存在一定局限性,有关科技人员提出了可将光纤Bragg光栅传感器应用于火炸药无损检测。从理论上及已应用的案例来看,光纤Bragg光栅传感器适用于火炸药结构损伤监测。目前,光纤Bragg光栅传感器在火炸药领域的应用研究仍较少。急需研究有效的封装方式来消除光纤Bragg光栅传感器受到的应变和温度交叉影响,同时需解决应变与不同配方火炸药关键参量的相关性和结合火炸药生产工艺的埋装方法问题。在突破上述关键技术后,光纤Bragg光栅传感器在火炸药领域会更加有应用前景。In view of the limitation of the traditional non-destructive testing technology in the field of explosives,the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor can be applied to the non-destructive testing of explosives.The Fiber Bragg Grating sensor is suitable for the structure damage detection of explosive in the theory and the applied cases.At present,the application of Fiber Bragg Grating sensors in the field of explosives were few studied.It is urgent to study an effective packaging method to eliminate the cross influence of strain and temperature on Fiber Bragg Grating sensor,meanwhile,to solve the problems of the relevant research of strain and key parameters for different explosives,and the way to install Fiber Bragg Grating combined with the production process of explosive.After the breakthrough of the above key technologies,Fiber Bragg Grating sensors will be more promising in the field of explosives.
