摘 要:筒式武器尾喷管堵盖对于保障系统正常点火、建立打开压力有重要的意义,为达到稳定打开压力的目的,设计了一种2A12铝合金材料的堵盖和专用的模拟试验装置,并进行堵盖打开试验,测量打开压力。运用LS-DYNA软件对2A12铝合金堵盖的打开过程进行仿真,计算其打开压力与打开速度,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,堵盖有效厚度对堵盖打开压力和打开速度影响较明显,堵盖制造公差对打开压力同样有影响,相同有效厚度情况下试验与仿真结果接近。Tube-shape weapon closure is of great significance for ensuring the normal ignition of the system,establishing the opening pressure.In order to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the opening pressure,we designed a 2A12 aluminum alloy closure and a special simulation test device,and carried out the cover opening test to obtain the opening pressure.We used the LS-DYNA software to simulate the opening process of the 2A12 aluminum alloy closure to obtain the opening pressure and opening speed to compare with the test results.The results show that the effective thickness of the closure has a significant effect on its opening pressure and opening speed,and its manufacturing tolerances also affect the opening pressure.Under the same effective thickness,the experimental results are close to the simulation results.
