摘  要:常规红外诱饵药剂微观是多孔药剂,一般都是敞开式燃烧,在一定压强下不能稳定燃烧。针对该问题,提出了一种KP-HTPB-B红外诱饵药剂配方,可以在低压环境下稳定燃烧,能同时具有推力性能和红外辐射。计算了药剂燃气产物的热力参数,建立内弹道数学模型,对药剂燃烧建压过程进行了数值计算,计算结果与试验结果相近;利用经典BDP火焰模型,建立了新型诱饵药剂的火焰燃烧模型,能够较好地解释火焰辐射强度,试验结果表明,药剂燃烧火焰远红外辐射强度可以达到59.7 W·sr^(-1)。The conventional infrared decoy is a porous agent from the microscopic point of view,which is generally open combustion,and can not burn stably under a certain pressure.A KP-HTPB-B infrared decoy was proposed,which can burn stably in low pressure environment,and produce thrust performance and infrared radiation at the same time.The thermodynamic parameters of the gas products of the decoy were calculated.The interior ballistic mathematical model was established.The numerical calculation of the combustion process of the decoy was carried out,and the calculation results are close to the experimental results.Then a model for the new compositions based on the classic BDP model was established.The model can well explain the radiation intensity changes in the flame reaction zone.The results show that the far-infrared radiation intensity of the AP-HTPB-B propellant can reach to 59.7 W·sr^(-1).
