摘 要:为了揭示高温老化前后某熔梯黑铝(RTHL)炸药性能变化,按GJB736.8—90《火工品试验方法71℃试验法》进行了加速老化试验,对加速老化前后炸药的主要性能参数进行了测试。结果表明:老化后炸药的熔点降低3.9%、热分解温度降低0.6%、爆速降低4.4%、撞击感度增加33%、摩擦感度增加15.4%、冲击波感度增加21.1%、真空安定性略有下降,这是由于TNT存在杂质和炸药缓慢热分解。研究结果可为装填该炸药的战斗部贮存寿命评估提供参考。The study of detonation performance and safety for explosives after high temperature aging were important for design and life assessment of weapon.In order to reveal the performance changes of RTHL(TNT 60%/RDX 22%Al 18%)explosives before and after aging,the accelerated aging test was carried out by using the Pyrotechnics Test Method 71℃Test Method,and the melting point,decomposition temperature,vacuum stability,mechanical sensitivity,shock wave sensitivity and detonation velocity of the explosives before and after aging were tested.The results shows that the melting point of the explosive after aging decreased by 3.9%,the thermal decomposition temperature decreased by 0.6%,the detonation velocity decreased by 4.4%,the impact sensitivity increased by 33%,friction sensitivity increased by 15.4%,and shock wave sensitivity increased by 21.1%.In addition,the vacuum stability is slightly decreased.It is caused by impurities in TNT and slow thermal decomposition of explosives during the aging process.The results can provide references for life assessment of warhead filled with the RTHL.
