摘　　要：随着建筑行业的迅猛发展,建筑规模不断扩大,建设成本不断升高,因此,建筑工程措施项目费的管理就显得尤为重要,不仅有助于确保建筑工程整体质量,还可以提升建筑工程项目的整体效益。本文从建筑工程措施项目费的特点和构成出发,论述了措施费计价管理的必要性,同时针对措施费计价常见的几类错误提出有效的对策,并结合案例说明在实际操作中如何对措施费进行纠错和控制。With the rapid development process of the construction industry,the scale of construction continues to expand and construction costs continue to rise.Therefore,the management of construction engineering measures and project fees plays an important role in ensuring the overall quality of the project as well as improving the overall benefits of construction projects.Starting from the characteristics and composition of the project cost of construction engineering measures,this article discusses the necessity of pricing management of measurement cost.At the same time,it puts forward effective countermeasures against several common errors in the measurement cost valuation,and explains how to deal with error correction and measure fees control in actual operation.
