摘 要:利用瓶试法探究了临盘采油厂井下作业返排残液对原油破乳脱水的影响,同时利用微观界面性质和宏观脱水率,考察了原油乳状液pH值对其稳定性的影响,并筛选了抗返排残液干扰的原油乳状液破乳剂。结果表明,5种单一返排残液对盘二联合站(盘二联)在用破乳剂的脱水速度及脱水率均有抑制作用,其中酸化返排液的抑制作用最为明显,当原油乳状液中添加20%(体积分数)的酸化返排液时,脱水率由84.72%降至12.10%;混合返排残液对盘二联在用破乳剂脱水影响较大,且混合种类越多、加量越大,脱水率下降越显著。当pH值为7时,原油乳状液的稳定性最低,更容易破乳。筛选出破乳剂X-75,在其加量为10 mg·L^(-1)时对含10%混合返排残液(5种返排残液等体积混合)的原油乳状液的脱水率达90%以上。因此,通过优选破乳剂、控制返排残液混合种类其加量等措施控制井下作业返排残液对原油破乳脱水的影响具有一定可行性。We studied the effect of residual flowback fluid from down-hole operation on demulsification and dehydration of crude oil of Linpan oil production plant by a bottle test method.Moreover,we investigated the effect of the pH value of crude oil emulsion on its stability by using microscopic interface properties and macroscopic dehydration rate,and screened the demulsifier against the interference of residual flowback fluid.The results show that the five kinds of single residual flowback fluid have inhibition effects on the dehydration speed and dehydration rate of Pan Er-lian(P2)demulsifier,and the acidizing flowback fluid has the most obvious inhibition effect.When 20%(volume fraction)acidizing flowback fluid is added into the crude oil emulsion,the dehydration rate decreases from 84.72%to 12.10%.Mixed residual flowback fluids have a significant impact on the dehydration of P2 demulsifier,and the more types and the more dosage of mixed residual flowback fluids is,the more significant the decrease of dehydration rate will be.When the pH value is 7,the stability of crude oil emulsion is the lowest,and it is easier to demulsify.The demulsifier X-75 has been screened out,and the dehydration rate of crude oil emulsion containing 10%mixed residual flowback fluids(five kinds of residual flowback fluid are mixed in equal volume)can reach more than 90%when the dosage of X-75 is 10 mg·L^(-1).It is feasible to control the effect of residual flowback fluid from down-hole operation on demulsification and dehydration of crude oil by taking measures such as optimizing demulsifier,and controlling the mixture type and the dosage of residual flowback fluid.
