摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生个人职业生涯规划现状及其影响因素。方法2019年7月至9月采用一般资料调查表、护理本科生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷对西藏大学医学院267名护理本科生个人职业生涯规划进行调查,运用单因素法分析不同特征的护理本科生在个人职业生涯规划上的差异,运用多元线性回归法分析护理本科生个人职业生涯规划的影响因素。结果护理本科生个人职业生涯规划总分为(66.53±10.53)分;个人职业生涯规划得分在性别、年级、是否班干部、选择护理专业初衷、职业生涯规划知识学习经历、毕业后是否从事护理工作及对护理专业总体满意度上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素回归分析显示性别、年级、选择护理专业初衷、毕业后是否从事护理工作及职业生涯规划知识学习经历是护理专业本科生个人职业生涯规划的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生职业生涯规划情况较差,其中女性、高年级、自主选择护理专业、参加过职业生涯规划学习并计划毕业后从事护理工作的学生,个人职业生涯规划情况更好。学校应重视学生个人职业生涯规划教育培训,提供多方面、多层次的辅导以提高学生职业生涯规划能力。Objective To explore the status quo and influential factors of individual career planning of nursing undergraduates.Methods From July to September 2019,267 nursing undergraduates in Medical College of Tibet University were surveyed by using the questionnaires of general data and the personal career planning.Single factor method was used to analyze the differences in personal career planning of nursing undergraduates with different characteristics.Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of individual career planning in nursing undergraduates.Results The total score of career planning of nursing undergraduates was(66.53±10.53).There were significant differences in the score of nursing undergraduates'personal career planning between the students with different gender,grade,class duty,original intention of major choosing,learning experience of career planning knowledge,working plan and satisfaction with nursing major.The multi-factor regression analysis showed that gender,grade,original intention of major choosing,working plan and learning experience of career planning knowledge were the main influencing factors of nursing undergraduates'personal career planning(P<0.05).Conclusions Career planning of nursing undergraduates is poor.The senior female nursing undergraduates who choose the nursing major by themselves,participate in the career planning study,plan to engage in nursing after graduation have a good personal career planning performance.The training of career planning for students should be focused to provide multifaceted and multi-level guidance to improve students'ability of career planning.
