摘 要:目的探讨碱性清洗剂结合新型清洗装置在双关节咬骨钳清洗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至12月江苏省人民医院消毒供应中心回收的600件骨科手术使用后的双关节咬骨钳作为研究对象,按照回收顺序将其依次予以编号,单号者纳入对照组,双号者纳入实验组,每组各300件,实验组使用碱性清洗剂结合新型清洗装置清洗,对照组使用多酶清洗剂结合超声清洗机清洗,分别采用目测法和ATP生物荧光测定法比较两组器械的清洗效果,并记录器械清洗时间。结果实验组关节清洗合格率大于对照组(均P<0.05),实验组清洗时间为(27.46±2.08)min,对照组清洗时间为(40.55±2.10)min,实验组清洗时间少于对照组(t=21.632,P=0.001)。结论碱性清洗剂结合新型清洗装置能显著提高双关节咬骨钳清洗质量,并有效缩短清洗时间,具有较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of alkaline cleaner combined with a new cleaning device in the cleaning of double articular rongeur.Methods From October to December 2018,600 pieces of double-joint rongeur recovered from the Disinfection Supply Center of Jiangsu Province Hospital after orthopedic surgery were selected as the research objects.The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the number order,with 300 pieces in each group.The experimental group was cleaned by alkaline cleaning agent with a new cleaning device.Multi-enzyme cleaning agent with ultrasonic cleaning machine was used in the control group.The cleaning effect of the two groups of instruments was compared by visual method and ATP bioluminescence method respectively.And the cleaning time of the instruments was recorded.Results The qualified rate of joint cleaning in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning time of the experimental group was(27.46±2.08)min,which was shorter than that of the control group([40.55±2.10]min).Conclusions The alkaline cleaning agent combined with the new cleaning device can significantly improve the cleaning quality of the double-articular osseous forceps,which shortens the cleaning time effectively.
