血站护士开展延续护理的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血站护士开展延续护理的方法与途径。方法2014年苏州市中心血站以延续护理观念为引领,申报了苏州市未成年人社会实践体验站,负责课程设计与实施,开展无偿献血宣传等延续护理服务。结果2019年前来苏州市中心血站进行无偿献血的人数较2014年(活动开展前)增长了12.62%。结论无偿献血宣传是血站护士开展延续护理的重要体现,未成年人社会实践体验站是血站护士开展延续护理的有效途径,以志愿的形式参与服务体现了血站护士开展延续护理的公益属性。Objective To explore the approach of continuous nursing in blood station.Methods Under the concept of continuing nursing,the Youth League of Suzhou Blood Center was organized which implemented the publicity of blood donation and other continuing nursing services.Results In Suzhou Bloold Center,compared to that in 2014,the number of blood donations in 2019 increased by 12.62%.Conclusions The publicity of voluntary blood donation is an important embodiment of continuous nursing of nurses in blood bank.Social practice experience station for minors is an effective way for nurses in blood bank to implement the continuous nursing.And the voluntary participation in the social service reflects the public interest attributes of the continuous nursing of nurses in blood stations.
