开放式护理管理模式在小儿胃肠镜检查中的效果及对依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨开放式护理管理模式在小儿胃肠镜检查中的护理效果及对依从性的影响。方法选取2018至2019年收治的胃肠镜检查患者146例,随机分成2组,每组73例,对照组进行常规护理,研究组则在常规的基础上加入开放式护理管理模式。观察2组患者的检查成功情况、患儿和患儿家属对护理工作的满意度以及护理效果、患儿的依从性。结果研究组的操作成功率、护理满意度、护理效果、依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将开放式护理管理模式应用于小儿胃肠镜检查中,其能够显著提高患儿在检查中的操作成功率,同时提高了患儿和患儿家属对护理工作的护理满意度,且有效安抚患儿的焦虑紧张等负面情绪,提高了患儿的依从性,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the nursing effects of open nursing management model in gastrointestinal examination for children and its effects on patient’s compliance.Methods A total of 146 children patients who underwent gastrointestinal examination in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control roup and research group,with 73 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by open nursing management model.The examination success rate,the satisfaction degree of the children and their families with the nursing work,the nursing effect and patient’s compliance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The examination success rate,the satisfaction degree of the children and their families with the nursing work,the nursing effect and patient’s compliance in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of open nursing management model in gastrointestinal examination for children can greatly improve the examination success rate,the satisfaction degree of the children and their families with the nursing work,the nursing effect and patient’s compliance,moreover,which can relieve the negative emotion of patients,therefore,it is whorthy of clinical application and promotion.
