摘　　要：目的:进行社区护士老年护理核心能力评价指标的构建。方法:共选取专家19名,运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行评价指标的筛选及确定,进一步利用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果:经过两轮专家函询,共确定临床护理能力、沟通能力、批判性思维能力等9项一级指标及43项二级指标,并确定了各项指标的权重系数。各对比矩阵一致性比率(CR)均<0.1,具有良好的逻辑一致性。结论:该指标体系科学可靠,可为社区护士老年护理工作的评价及培养方案的制定提供参考。Objective: To develop evaluation indicators of core competences for community nursing service.Methods: 19 experts were recruited to screen and determine the evaluation indicators with Delphi expert consultation method, and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results: A total of 9 first-level indicators such as clinical nursing ability, communication ability and critical thinking ability were included, and 43 second-level indicators were established as such. The weight value of each indicator was also established and the consistency ratio of each comparison matrix is less than0.1, which indicated good consistency. Conclusion: The index system is scientific and reliable, which can provide a reference for the capability evaluation of community nursing service and the formulation of training programs for community nurses.
