摘  要:在当前实现碳达峰、碳中和(下文简称为“‘双碳’目标”)的新形势下,我国太阳能利用技术迎来了新的发展时期。当前,太阳能发电产业的制造能力持续增强、产业链逐步完善、发展规模位居全球多个第一、技术化水平不断提升,但仍然面临基础研发能力薄弱、专业人才供给不足、高效利用需进一步提升和缺少公共研发平台及大科学装置等挑战。本文针对当前实现“双碳”目标的新形势,梳理了我国光伏产业的发展现状与太阳能利用技术发展过程中面临的主要挑战,对太阳能利用技术的发展进行了展望,并提出了要加强基础性研究、培养创新型人才、提升绿色电力的高效利用能力、加快公共研发平台建设的建议,以期通过本研究进一步推动我国太阳能利用技术的发展。China’s solar energy utilization technology has ushered in a new development period under the new situation of realizing the goal of the emission peak and carbon neutrality.At present,the manufacturing capacity of the solar energy power generation industry continues to increase,the industrial chain is gradually improved,the development scale in number one in the world,and the technical level is continuously improved.However,it still faces challenges of weak basic R&D ability,insufficient supply of professional talents,high-efficiency utilization to be improved,and lack of public R&D platforms and large scientific devices.Aiming at the new situation of realizing the goal of the emission peak and carbon neutrality,this paper combs the development status of PV industry and the main challenges faced in the development of solar energy utilization technology in China,and looks forward to the development of solar energy utilization technology.Thus,proposed to strengthen basic research,cultivate innovative talents,improve the efficient utilization capacity of green power,and speed up the construction of public R&D platforms.In order to further promote the development of solar energy utilization technology in China through this research.
