摘　　要：目的:探讨10S精益管理在提升静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)服务质量中的作用,以美化环境、减少浪费、提升医务人员素养。方法:实施10S精益管理,对物品和药品进行分类、定位、标识,完善制度,加强学习,并建立监督机制。结果:PIVAS实施10S精益管理后,我院内外环境焕然一新,整洁有序,标识正确率提高(P<0.05),药品调配差错减少(P<0.05),医务人员素养提升。结论:10S精益管理可有效改善工作环境,提升医务人员素养,减少药品调配差错,提升药学服务质量。Objective: To probe into the role of 10 S lean management in improving the quality of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) in Hunan Children’s Hospital, so as to beautify the environment, reduce the waste and improve the accomplishment of medical staff. Methods: 10 S lean management was implemented, items and medicines were classified, located and labeled. Systems of the hospital and professional skills of clinical pharmacists were improved, and monitoring mechanisms were established. Results: After the implementation of 10 S lean management in PIVAS, the internal and external environment of our hospital took on a new look, the rate of correct signage increased(P<0.05), drug dispensing errors decreased(P<0.05), and the accomplishment of medical staff was improved. Conclusion: 10 S lean management can improve the working environment effectively, improve the accomplishment of medical staff, reduce the drug dispensing errors and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
