摘  要:在快速城镇化机动化的进程中,城市交通碳排放逐年增加。实现碳达峰碳中和目标,城市绿色交通体系迫切需要采取更加有效的发展路径。文章基于伦敦、纽约、东京等国际大城市的交通碳排放数据,对比分析了这些城市的交通碳排放水平和减排特点,系统梳理了这些城市的绿色交通发展经验,得出国际大城市绿色交通体系发展路径以推进交通运输装备电气化转型和优化城市出行结构为主,同时加强科技创新和政策保障。通过借鉴国际大城市交通碳减排经验,提出我国城市绿色交通体系发展措施建议:强化低碳规划引领、优化城市出行结构、提升城市交通出行效率、培育绿色出行文化。In the process of rapid urbanization and motorization,urban transportation carbon emissions are increasing year by year.To achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the urban green transportation system urgently needs to adopt a more effective development path.Based on the traffic carbon emission data of major international cities such as London,New York,and Tokyo,this article compared and analyzed the traffic carbon emission levels and emission reduction characteristics of these cities.After systematically analyzing the green transportation development experience of these cities,it is concluded that the development path of the green transportation system of international big cities is mainly to promote the electrification transformation of transportation equipment and optimize the urban travel structure,while to strengthen technological innovation and policy guarantee.By learning from the experience of international metropolitan transportation carbon emission reduction,we put forward suggestions for the development of China’s urban green transportation system,including strengthening the guidance of low-carbon planning,optimizing the urban travel structure,improving the efficiency of urban transportation travel,and fostering a green travel culture.
