摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种急性呼吸系统传染性疾病,目前已证实其可累及全身多个系统,以心血管系统受累最为常见,主要表现为心律失常、心力衰竭、急性心肌炎和心肌梗死等。有基础心血管疾病者罹患新型冠状病毒肺炎后重症比例更高,死亡风险更大。现对新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心血管系统疾病及其心血管并发症进行综述。Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute respiratory infectious disease that has been confirmed to affect multiple systems of the body,in which the cardiovascular system is the most commonly involved,mainly manifested as arrhythmias,heart failure,acute myocarditis and myocardial infarction.Patients with cardiovascular diseases have a higher proportion of severe cases and a greater risk of death after suffering from COVID-19.This article reviews COVID-19 combined cardiovascular diseases and its cardiovascular complications.
