基于“络病理论”论治胸痹心痛探析

摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,常以胸部疼痛感为主要临床表现,具有发病率、死亡率均高的特点。本文所述胸痹心痛专指该病。本文论述了笔者基于"络病理论"总结的胸痹心痛论治理论与经验。笔者团队认为,胸痹心痛的病因,多与心络为病,易"虚"易"瘀",易受邪扰有关,经过多年临床经验总结,逐渐形成了治疗该病的独特络病理论,治疗上常以通补心络为治则,注重益气活血,重在益气;善用风类药物,通达络脉;强调引药入心,直达病所,创立益气活血方为主方,随症加减,疗效满意。Coronary heart disease usually has chest pain as the main clinical manifestation,which has the characteristics of high morbidity and mortality,and prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is of great social significance.Chest pain mentioned in this article specifically refers to the disease.We believe that chest pain was mostly related to heart collaterals lesions,such as dual deficiency of qi and blood,blood stasis,or pathogen invading it.After years of clinical experience,we formed a unique theory of collateral disease for the treatment of this disease.Based on it,we usually treat it with the therapeutic principle that to tonify and free the collateral vessels,and the method of treatment was to tonify qi and activate blood,especially the former,use appropriate wind medicinal which could move qi and free the collateral vessels,use the medicinal guides of heart meridian to introducing the nature of medicinal into it.Based on it,we created Yiqi Huoxue Formula as the main prescription,varied the composition with syndromes,and always came to good clinical efficacy.This article summarizes our team’s experience on the treatment of chest pain based on collaterals disease theory.
