摘　　要：黄元御是清代一代名医,其主要学术思想被后人概括为"一气周流,土枢四象",脾胃病的治疗主要体现在培植中土、调节气机升降。痢疾以土虚湿犯为本,水寒则湿易从寒化;木郁则湿易从热化。患病日久脾肾寒湿、肝气郁结为主要病机,治疗上法以健脾温肾、疏肝理气。本文通过对《四圣心源》中痢疾相关内容进行探讨以期为进一步优化溃疡性结肠炎的诊治提供参考和依据。Huang Yuanyu was a famous doctor of the Qing Dynasty.The key theory put forward by Huang Yuanyu in the book The Real Theories of the Four Ancient Medical Scientists was summarized by later generations as"a mass of Qi spreads around,and the land serves as the mother of the other four internal organs."The treatment of digestive system diseases was mainly embodied in the maintenance of the spleen and stomach and the regulation of Qi.The onset of dysentery is caused by poor digestion and stagnation of water and fluid.If the water is cool,the humidity will easily become cold;If Qi stagnates,the humidity will easily become hot.After a long time of illness,the mechanism of the disease is cold dampness of the spleen and kidney,dysphoria and the treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen,warming the kidney and regulating Qi.This article hopes to provide reference and basis for further optimizing the clinical treatment plan of ulcerative colitis by studying the related content of dysentery in this book.
