理筋手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎急性期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察理筋手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎急性期的临床效果并探讨其作用机制。方法患者66例随机分为两组,对照组采取口服镇痛药治疗,治疗组采取中医理筋手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗,均治疗1周。记录并比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、肘关节活动度、握力及压痛评分。结果治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患肢压痛、握力、前臂旋前角度及肘关节屈曲角度情况优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理筋手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎急性期能有效减轻患者疼痛、改善关节活动,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tendon manipulation combined with Zhongyi Ointment in the treatment of acute external humeral epicondylitis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with acute humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with oral analgesics,while the treatment group was treated with tendon regulating manipulation combined with external application of Zhongyi Ointment for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,elbow range of motion,grip strength and tenderness score were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the elbow range of motion,grip strength and tenderness scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The elbow range of motion,grip strength and tenderness scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,which was significantly higher than 65.62%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tendon manipulation combined with Zhongyi Ointment can effectively relieve pain and improve joint activity in the treatment of acute external humeral epicondylitis.
