摘　　要：目的探究新冠疫情下中医院急诊患者就诊情况变化,分析其原因,并提供相应策略。方法收集2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日我院急诊患者就诊基本信息,对比2019年与2020年同时期患者数据,进行统计学分析。结果与2019年相比,新冠疫情期间,急诊就诊人次明显减少,且各月份之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);急诊各分科之间,急诊儿科下降最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西医病种中蜂蜇伤就诊人数未见明显变化、中医病种人次变化趋势与西医病种一致;2020年常见危重症就诊人次构成比较2019年下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新冠疫情期间,急诊就诊患者受疫情影响较大,但在疫情常态化防控的现在,中医院急诊应寻求更多防控措施以应对急诊就诊情况的变化,以及疫情的风险。Objective:To explore the changes of emergency patients in traditional Chinese medicine hospital under the epidemic situation of COVID-19,to analyze the causes and provide corresponding strategies.Methods:The basic information of emergency patients in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 was collected,and the data of patients in the same period in 2019 and 2020 were statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with 2019,during the epidemic of COVID-19,the number of emergency patients decreased significantly,and the difference between months was statistically significant(P<0.01),and among the emergency departments,the emergency pediatrics decreased most significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Among the common diseases in emergency,the constituent ratio of visits of traditional Chinese and western medicine in 2020 was significantly lower than that in 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and that of common critical diseases in 2020 was significantly lower than that in 2019,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:During the epidemic period of COVID-19,emergency patients were greatly affected by it,but now with the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,emergency departments need to seek more prevention and control measures to cope with the changes of emergency medical treatment and the risk of the epidemic.
