基于数据挖掘探讨中成药治疗胃病的用药规律

摘　　要：[目的]基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),探究中成药治疗胃病的用药规律,为新药研发及临床治疗提供参考。[方法]收集《中成药临床应用指南——消化疾病分册》中治疗急慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌、上消化道出血及胃下垂等胃病的中成药处方,通过频次分析、组方规律分析(用药模式、规则分析、网络展示)及新处方分析等数据挖掘手段,分析治疗胃病的中成药组方规律。[结果]共收集89首中成药处方,共计203味中药,其中药物频次大于10的中药17种,主要为补益类及理气类中药,药对频次前3位分别是"甘草、白芍""白术、茯苓"及"白术、甘草",关联规则分析显示"甘草、厚朴→陈皮"置信度最高。其次,分析得出用药模式及药物关联规则等相关参数31种,并挖掘出新处方4个。[结论]通过中医传承辅助平台可对治疗胃病的中成药用药经验进行归纳总结,探索其隐性规律,得出频次最高的药对及相关组合,并最终挖掘出治疗胃病的新处方,为中医药治疗胃病及相关科学研究开拓思路,提供参考依据。[Objective]To explore the prescription regularity of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of gastric diseases based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(TCMISS)V2.5,and to provide references for the research and development of new drugs and clinical treatment.[Methods]The prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines for gastric diseases including acute and chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,gastric cancer,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and gastroptosis were collected from"Guidelines for Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicines-Digestive Diseases Volume".Through frequency analysis,formula analysis(medication patterns,rule analysis,network presentation)and new prescription analysis and other data mining methods,it analyzed the formula of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of gastric diseases.[Results]There were 89 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines collected,totaling 203 Chinese herbs.Among them,there were 17 kinds of Chinese herbs with drug frequency more than 10,mainly tonifying and Qi regulating herbs.The top three of the herb pairs were"Glycyrrhizae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba""Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria"and"Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix".Association rule analysis showed that"Glycyrrhizae Radix,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex→Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"had the highest confidence.Secondly,31 kinds of medication patterns and drug association rules were obtained,and 4 new prescriptions were excavated.[Conclusion]By analyzing the widely used Chinese patent medicine preparations through the TCMISS,the experience of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of gastric diseases can be summarized,and the potential principles were explored,the most frequent drug pairs and related combinations were obtained,and finally new prescriptions for the treatment of gastric diseases were found,which can provide references for exploiting ideas for TCM treatment of gastric diseases and related scientific research.
