摘 要:换流阀内冷水系统的腐蚀结垢会引起水管堵塞、漏水,导致换流阀故障。为研究各因素对换流阀内冷水系统腐蚀结垢的影响,搭建了换流阀内冷水系统模拟试验平台,分析了水路电流、电导率、溶解氧、树脂粉末对铝散热器腐蚀和均压电极结垢的影响。结果表明:电极间电位差是造成均压电极结垢的根本原因;电导率是铝散热器腐蚀的关键影响因素,电导率过低会加重系统腐蚀结垢,实际运行时宜控制电导率为0.070~0.110μS/cm。若电导率控制不当,高溶解氧会加重内冷水系统腐蚀结垢;离子交换树脂粉末不会对内冷水系统腐蚀结垢造成较大影响。Corrosion and scaling of the inner cooling water system in converter valve will cause blockage and water leakage in the water pipe,leading to failure of the converter valve.In order to study the influence of various factors on the corrosion and scaling of the internal cooling water system of the converter valve,a simulation test platform for the internal cooling water system of the converter valve was built.The effects of water circuit current,conductivity,dissolved oxygen,and resin powder on corrosion of aluminum radiators and scaling of equalizing electrodes were analyzed.The results showed that the potential difference between the electrodes was the root cause of the scaling of the equalizing electrode.Electrical conductivity was a key factor influencing the corrosion of aluminum radiators.Too low electrical conductivity would aggravate the corrosion and scaling of system.In actual operation,the electrical conductivity should be controlled to be 0.070-0.110μS/cm.If the conductivity was improperly controlled,high dissolved oxygen would aggravate the corrosion and scaling of the internal cooling water system.Ion exchange resin powder would not have a major impact on the corrosion and scaling of the internal cooling water system.
