摘  要:超音速火焰喷涂制备碳化钨涂层具有硬度高、结合强度高、涂层接近完全致密等优点,一直是研究的热点,本文综述了超音速喷涂涂层海水中摩擦、高温摩擦、热震和空蚀等的服役条件的研究现状和在航空航天、模具、轴类等领域的应用现状。超音速火焰喷涂在材料表面防护和绿色低碳再制造方面具有广阔的前景,但是喷涂质量溯源有一定的滞后性,需从多个方面进行控制。WC coatings sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)possess many advantages,such as high hardness,high bonding strength and nearly full-density,which are always the hot spot of the research.In this paper,the research status quo of HVOF sprayed WC coatings in the seawater friction,high-temperature friction,thermal shock and cavitation erosion is summarized.The application of the coatings is also discussed in the fields of aerospace,molds and shafts.Although the HVOF spraying has a wide prospect in material surface protection and green low-carbon remanufacture,tracing to the source for the spraying quality is of hysteresis property.Therefore,the control from multi-aspects is needed.
