摘　　要：在深入阐释肿瘤多学科诊疗工作模式定义及特征的基础上,运用理论研究、对比研究和实践相结合的方法,从肿瘤多学科诊疗工作管理委员会的运行流程及管理文件体系两个方面深入研究,构建较为系统、全面、可行的肿瘤多学科诊疗工作管理委员会管理体系,为医疗机构肿瘤多学科诊疗工作管理委员会建设提供借鉴和参考。Based on the in-depth explanation of the definition and characteristics of the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment work mode of cancer,the method of combining theoretical research,comparative research and practice are applied to conduct in-depth research from the aspects of the operation process and management document system of the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment work management Committee of cancer,so as to build a more systematic,comprehensive and feasible management system of MDT work management committee,and to provide a reference for the construction of MDT work management committee in medical institutions.
