基于文献计量学分析的我国预约诊疗研究热点与发展态势研究

摘　　要：目的探析预约诊疗研究领域热点、发展历程及对策建议。方法选取CNKI数据库为检索对象,检索发表时间为2000—2020年有关预约诊疗领域的文献,统计其发文量。采用CiteSpace软件对样本发文作者、发文单位、关键词进行文献归类整理与量性分析。结果预约诊疗根据其演化路径可划分为萌芽、探索、深入发展3个阶段,研究热点可以归纳为有关预约诊疗的医疗服务管理研究、预约诊疗的困境与解决策略、预约诊疗与互联网技术融合研究。结论政策因素是推动预约诊疗研究的重要因素,医疗机构应从完善预约诊疗服务信用管理制度,实效推进预约诊疗信息系统建设,动态、个性化进行门诊医生出诊排班管理等方面完善预约诊疗服务。Objective To explore the hot spots,development history and countermeasures in the research field of appointment diagnosis and treatment.Methods The CNKI database was selected as the search object,and the literature about the field of appointment diagnosis and treatment from 2000 to 2020 was searched,and the number of publications was counted.Cite Space Software was used to classify and analyze the authors,units and keywords.Results According to its evolution path,appointment diagnosis and treatment can be divided into three stages:budding,exploration,and in-depth development.The research hotspots can be summarized as medical service management research related to appointment diagnosis and treatment,research on difficulties and countermeasures of appointment diagnosis and treatment,appointment diagnosis and treatment research on integration with Internet technology.Conclusion Policy factor is an important factor to promote the research of appointment diagnosis and treatment;medical institutions should improve appointment diagnosis and treatment services in terms of improving the credit management system of appointment diagnosis and treatment services,effectively promoting the construction of appointment diagnosis and treatment information system,and dynamic and personalized management of outpatient doctors’outpatient schedules.
