摘　　要：医院托管战略是新形势下推动优质医疗资源下沉和促进分级诊疗制度建设的重要抓手之一。在当前医院编制"十四五"战略规划的关键时期,文章以河南省人民医院紧密型战略托管县级医院为例,通过托管体制、机制的科学设计和有效实施,探索省级大型公立医院品牌、文化、技术、管理、信息等优质资源下沉的实现路径,取得了明显的托管成效,为公立医院托管战略落地实施提供可资借鉴的经验和案例,同时为推动大型公立医院优质医疗资源下沉提供参考。The strategy of hospital trusteeship is one of the important measures to promote the sinking of highquality medical resources and the construction of grading diagnosis and treatment system under the new situation.In the critical period of the current strategic planning of the"14 th five-year Plan",taking Henan Provincial People’s Hospital as an example,the scientific design and effective implementation of the trusteeship system and mechanism are applied to explore the path of sinking of high-quality resources such as brand,technology,management,information and culture in large public hospitals at the provincial level.It achieved obvious trusteeship effects in providing experiences and cases for the implementation of Public Hospital Trusteeship Strategy.References was promoted for the sinking of high-quality medical resources in large public hospitals.
