摘　　要：在梳理现阶段区县级公立医院发展存在的主要问题基础上,以成都市新都区中医医院依托成都医学院为例,总结2015年以来构建区校共建共管运行机制、加强教学管理及人才培养、统筹科研合作及成果管理的具体做法,分析了医院在突破人才引育瓶颈、提升专科建设水平、促进科研能力质变等方面取得的成效,以期为区县级公立医院推进高质量发展提供借鉴。Based of sorting out the main problems existing in the development of the district and county-level public hospitals at this stage,Chengdu’s Xindu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital’s relying on Chengdu Medical College was taken as an example,summarizing the specific practices of building a co-construction and comanagement operating mechanism,strengthening teaching management and talent training,coordinating scientific research cooperation and results management since 2015.It analyzed the hospital’s achievements in breaking through the bottleneck of talent introduction,improving the level of specialty construction,and promoting the qualitative change of scientific research capabilities.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the promotion of highquality development of the district and county-level public hospitals in China.
