摘 要:针对精煤磁选尾矿分级脱泥系统效果不佳,设备故障率高,导致粗精煤泥灰分高的问题,彭庄选煤厂在对精煤磁选尾矿分选回收工艺和设备进行研究分析的基础上,确定了采用DZSN3028三质体高频筛对精煤磁尾分级脱泥降灰系统进行改造。改造结果表明:DZSN3028三质体高频筛的应用使粗精煤泥灰分由10.92%降至8.18%,解决了重介精煤“背灰”的问题,提高了精煤产率。The cleaned coarse slime is rather high in ash due to poor performance of the clean coal magnetic tailings classification-desliming system and high equipment failure rate. Through analysis of the magnetic tailings separation and recovery processes and equipment used, work is made on renovation of the magnetic tailings classification-desliming and ash reduction system by using the DZSN3028 3-mass high-frequency screen. Application of the renovated system has led to reduction of ash of clean coarse slime from 10.92% to 8.18% and a rise of yield of clean coal, and the plant′s heavy medium separation system is no longer required to reduce the ash of its clean coal product down to an unnecessarily low level.
