摘  要:怀牛膝,“四大怀药”之一,是一种珍贵的中国传统药材。近年来,多糖作为广泛存在于微生物、动植物的生物大分子被报道具有多种生物活性而受到学者们的关注。本文综述了国内外有关怀牛膝多糖的分离、提取、含量测定和生物活性等方面的研究成果。为进一步研究、开发和应用怀牛膝多糖在功能性食品及治疗剂领域提供科学依据与基础。Achyranthes bidentata,one of the“four Huai medicines”,is a precious traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,polysaccharides,as biological macromolecules widely found in microorganisms,animals and plants,have been reported to have a variety of biological activities and attracted the attention of scholars.In this paper,the research achievements on the separation,extraction,content determination and biological activity of ABP at home and abroad were reviewed.To provide scientific basis and basis for further research,development and application of ABP in the field of functional food and therapeutic agents.
