摘  要:工程项目自身特点决定了它存在界面,而集成化管理主要难点是界面问题,其中组织界面风险控制至关重要,仅用传统方式已不能很好地规避组织界面风险并对其进行控制。利用云计算模式下BIM应用的优势,通过BIM云网与组织界面风险控制的契合性,探讨基于BIM云网的组织界面风险控制框架模型;结合工程领域内信息化工作和组织界面风险的需求,研究BIM云网在工程项目组织界面风险领域的应用,实现BIM云网的功能。Characteristics of this project decided that there are interfaces,which is a main difficulty for integrated management,especially organizational interface risk control.It is far from good for traditional method to avoid and control organizational interface risk.Therefore,BIM cloud network was studied.The necessity and efficiency of risk control were proposed through study on organizational interface risk characteristics and forming mechanism;based on the BIM application advantages under cloud computing mode,BIM cloud network-based organizational interface risk control frame model was explored through the cooperation between BIM cloud network and organization interface risk control;application of BIM cloud network in engineering project organizational interface risk control was studied with consideration of the demand of information-based working and organizational interface risk in engineering field,to achieve the functions of BIM cloud network.
