摘　　要：某大型单层工业厂房大门桁架长达60 m,整体吊装重量达150 t。针对吊装难点采取双机抬吊方案,应用有限元模拟吊绳设置及其实现方式,并对模拟中的不同可能进行分析。实践证明,该仿真计算分析合理有效,符合刚度和承载力要求。The gate truss of a large single-layer industrial plant is 60 m long and the overall lifting weight is 150 t.Aiming at the difficulty of hoisting,the double lifting scheme is adopted,and the finite element simulation is used to simulate the setting and implementation of the rope,and the different possibilities in the simulation are analyzed.Practice has proved that the simulation analysis is reasonable and effective,and meets the requirements of stiffness and bearing capacity.
