摘  要:为了充分利用橡胶树林下的闲置空间,本研究进行了橡胶树林下赤芝的仿野生栽培。同时采用赤芝段木菌棒不埋土、半埋土、全埋土三种不同的栽培方式,对其多糖和灵芝酸含量进行测定。研究结果表明,橡胶树林下仿野生栽培的赤芝子实体,其多糖含量较高,且栽培方式对子实体多糖和灵芝酸的含量没有显著影响。研究结果为橡胶-赤芝复合栽培模式的构建提供了基础数据。In order to make full use of the spare space under artificial forests of Hevea brasiliensis in Hainan,China,wild-imitated cultivation of Ganoderma lingzhi was carried out.The content of total polysaccharides and ganoderic acids in the fruit body of G.lingzhi cultivated by different methods(non-buried cultivation,semi-buried cultivation and buried cultivation)was examined.The results indicate that the influence of different cultivation methods on the content of total polysaccharides and ganoderic acids is not obvious,and the content of total polysaccharides in the fruit body of G.lingzhi cultivated under artificial forests of H.brasiliensisis is relatively high.This study has provided basic data for the multi-layer cultivation of H.brasiliensis and G.lingzhi.
