腹腔镜及经阴囊小切口治疗小儿隐睾症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜及经阴囊小切口治疗小儿隐睾症的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2020年12月临沂市妇幼保健院收治的80例小儿隐睾症患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组实施常规腹股沟区切口手术,实验组实施腹腔镜、经阴囊小切口治疗,对两组治疗效果、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间和下床活动时间等进行对比分析。结果实验组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间和下床活动时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过腹腔镜及经阴囊小切口手术治疗小儿隐睾症,具有术后恢复快、出血少、手术切口小等优势,且患者做完手术当天就能够下床,有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and small scrotal incision in the treatment of cryptorchidism in children.Methods 80 children with cryptorchidism treated in Linyi maternal and child health hospital from January 2014 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine inguinal incision,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopy and small scrotal incision.The treatment effects,intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospital stay and out of bed activity time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,hospital stay and out of bed activity time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic and scrotal small incision surgery for cryptorchidism in children has the advantages of rapid postoperative recovery,less bleeding and small incision.The patients can get out of bed on the day of operation,which has a good therapeutic effect.
