摘  要:R152a光氯化是制备R142b较成熟的工业方法,具有成本低、易获得和环境友好等特点,近几年在氟化工领域有越来越广泛的应用。本文综述了该工艺路线的反应器、光源和工艺流程等方面的研究进展。进一步设计制造合理的光反应设备,降低工业生产过程中的放大效应,提高光的利用率,是今后的研究重点和发展趋势。Preparation of R142b by photochlorination of R152a is a relatively mature industrial technology with low cost,easy access and environmentally friendly.It has been widely used in the field of fluorine chemical industry in recent years.This paper reviews the research progress of the reactor,light source and process flow of the this process route.Further design and manufacture of reasonable light reaction equipment,reduce the amplification effect in the industrial production process and increase the utilization rate of light source are the research focus and development trend in the future.
