摘  要:湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶由于兼具聚氨酯胶粘剂及热塑性胶粘剂的优点,近年来在车灯应用中发展迅速。本文聚焦湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的使用性能,从聚氨酯热熔胶在车灯装配线上的出胶量稳定性、初始粘接强度、完全固化后粘接强度、溢胶试验、PUR打胶机维护等五个方面对车灯用聚氨酯热熔胶应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,JS-PUR700-1车灯用聚氨酯热熔胶使用时出胶量稳定,初始粘接强度和完全固化后粘接强度高;标准条件和低温养护1 d后,100℃高温不溢胶,具有较好的点灯性能。最后对车灯用有机硅胶、丁基胶、湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶进行了对比,发现湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶有进一步取代有机硅胶、丁基胶的趋势。Moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive has developed rapidly in automotive lamps in recent years due to their advantages of both polyurethane adhesives and thermoplastic adhesives. This paper focuses on the performance of the moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive, and studies the application performance of polyurethane hot melt adhesive from five aspects, such as the adhesive output stability of automotive lamps assembly line, the initial bonding strength, the bonding strength after fully curing, the adhesive overflow test, and the maintenance of PUR glue machine. The results show that the JSPUR700-1 polyurethane hot melt adhesive for automotive lamps has stable flowing during use, high initial bonding strength and high bonding strength after fully curing. There is no adhesive overflow at 100 ℃ after 1 day curing under standard conditions and low temperature. Finally, a comparison of organic silicone adhesives, butyl adhesives and moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesives for automotive lamps is made, it is found that moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesives have a tendency to further replace organic silicone adhesives and butyl adhesives.
