摘 要:周期性点阵结构因具有大量微观结构,直接分析较为费时,通常采用近似等效模型。本文针对单方向热膨胀系数可设计的点阵结构,采用渐近均匀化方法获得等效模量和等效热膨胀系数,进而针对点阵结构单胞周期性排列构成的简单几何和复杂拓扑构型的结构,分别采用均匀化后等效模型和点阵离散模型进行有限元分析,在保证点阵结构材料用量的同时分别改变点阵填充数目、点阵填充形式、载荷和边界条件,对比两者在温度和力载荷作用下的位移响应,讨论渐近均匀化方法预测的准确性。Since the periodic lattice structure has a large number of microstructures,its direct analysis is relatively time-consuming,and an approximate equivalent model is usually used.In this paper,the lattice structure with designable unidirectional thermal expansion coefficient is considered,and the asymptotic homogenization method is used to obtain the equivalent modulus and equivalent thermal expansion coefficient of the lattice structure.Then a simple structure and a complex topological structure formed by the periodic arrangement of the unit cells are analyzed.The equivalent model after homogenization and the discrete model are used for the finite element analysis.While ensuring the same material fraction of the lattice structure,the number of lattice filling,the form of lattice filling,the load and the boundary conditions are changed.Under these conditions,the displacement responses of the equivalent model and the discrete model under different temperature and force load are compared.The accuracy of the prediction of the asymptotic homogenization method is discussed.
